Holistic approach means treating your whole self that includes your physical body as well as mind. Our physical and mental selves cannot be isolated from each other. Good Health represents a harmonious flow between the two. Ongoing stress, worries, anxiety, fears etc. throws this harmony out of balance and the body then reacts to dispel that negative energy by means of physical illness such as disease, illness, fatigue and even pimples.
