Sound Bath is a mystical sound journey. It is a full-body listening experience where you bathe in the relaxing yet powerful sound vibrations.
The experience begins with each person lying down with a blanket and eye mask. I guide everyone into a short sound meditation followed by a deep, immersive, dreamlike sound bath using echoing instruments such as Crystal & Himalayan singing bowls, Gongs, chimes, drums, singing Pyramid etc. along with natural sounds sounds of rain, ocean, wind, water streams and more. Unlike regular musical instruments tuned at 440Hz, the sound bath instruments are tuned to 432Hz which is the natural frequency of the nature & our bodies. |

These pleasant natural sound vibrations shower & flow through our bodies from head to toe. They create a resonance with our physical, mental & emotional energetic vibrations entraining them for harmony & balance. They take our brain into relaxing and restorative alpha, theta and even delta wave states, where we can access the power of our subconscious mind. It also takes us to an healing parasympathetic state. The power of a Sound Session can go beyond what a guided meditation can because in a guided meditation, sometimes the words can be resisted or even cause a trigger of doubt or expectation. These positive effects are enhanced when you set an intention prior to sound bath. It is beautiful tool for self realization, clarity, manifestation and healing.

- Sound bath at your location for parties, bridal showers or group events : $500 (Includes Mindful body movement, Meditation, Sound Bath with a ceremony, Setup for ambiance and Breakdown)
