Why an 8 week program?
- Research says you need 60 days to reprogram your brain to adopt a new habit.
- Mindfulness is not a theory or philosophy. It needs to be practiced, it needs to be lived.
- Classic analogy would be learning to swim. You need actual practice, not just theory. You need to get in the water, fail a few times, and eventually master it. Once you master it, it will come naturally and effortlessly.
- Learn and practice 1 technique at a time, practice it for a week, before moving onto the next one. If you overload yourself with everything together, nothing will really stick. It will remain as a theory in your mind. (which will eventually fade away as well)

How much effort is required?
Great news! Mindfulness can be easily added to your daily routine. The only extra time you'll need is 10-20 minutes a day for mindfulness meditation. That's it! (compare that time to the time you spend on social media! 😉 ) Any type of meditation is highly recommended, not just during this program but also in general. The benefits of meditation are endless!
Pricing
Standard pricing for online coaching & guidance is $95/session = $760
However for MBSR program, I am offering a discount of $50/week for 8 weeks : $400 total ONLY!!
