Meditation can be done using a variety of physical & mental techniques.  I teach a variety of mindfulness and meditation techniques  to help participants cultivate a state of deep relaxation and heightened awareness. The lessons will guide you through mindfulness techniques, Guided Visualizations, Centering techniques, Spiritual awareness, Mantra, Breathwork, Yoga Nidra meditation, Chakra meditations, Sound meditations and many more practices based on client's specific needs and challenges.   

Whether you are a beginner or an experienced practitioner, these Meditation lessons will provide the opportunity to reduce stress, enhance mental clarity, increased focus, and promote overall well-being. I will also equip you with valuable tools to incorporate meditation into your daily life for towards personalized stress management.

I also teach individuals to integrate mindfulness throughout their day as they go about their daily activities, so they can live each moment with better awareness. This practice entrains your mind to respond to external situations than react. It helps you gain control over your emotions. So it is immensely beneficial for improving relationships, focus, concentration and attract positivity into your lives. 

If a particular meditation practice doesn't resonate with with us, we  do not get its full benefits. In such cases, many people become irregular or even discontinue their meditation practice thinking meditation is not something for them. I work with individuals to figure out what type of meditation will suit their style and needs, so they can create a lifelong daily meditation practice that they can easily sustain.


I teach private as well as group lessons. I also teach at workplaces and retreats.

Pricing

$75 for upto 1 hour meditation instruction (Virtual or my location)
​$250 for a package of 5 meditation lessons  (Virtual or my location)

$125 for up to 1 hour meditation instruction at YOUR location
​$400 for a package of 5 meditations lessons at YOUR location

In your very first session we will cover the following - 
  • We will go over your intention, needs, challenges, lifestyle and goals.
  • Basics of meditation
  • Introduction to various types of meditation practices
  • Selection of meditation practices  based on your needs
  • We will practice the meditation together
  • Suggestion of few mindfulness practices that you can practice during the day
  • We will wrap up the session by creating a customized protocol designed exclusively for you using a combination of  meditation and mindfulness techniques that you can follow as a daily dose of positivity, peace and calm.

You can take this custom meditation protocol to practice on your own. However, Some people prefer to return time to time, or even on a regular basis for various reasons such as accountability, learning and practicing new meditation methods based on their life changes or simply to get some "spa" time for the mind. :) 
In such cases, we will go with your needs and meditate together. Although the session may vary from client to client it may look somewhat like this 
  • Discussion about your intention for the session
  • Few tips from me as a life coach (although this won't be a typical life coaching session)
  • Learning a new meditation practice OR going deeper into what you are practicing already. 
  • Any spiritual counseling you may want. 
  • Guided Meditation
  • A complimentary short Sound bath for instant relaxation and rejuvenation

NEW! Morning Miracle Meditation with Me  (Virtual)

In order to inspire people to cultivate a daily meditation practice, I am starting to offer FREE guided meditation session from 6:30am-7:00pm PST every weekday morning virtually via zoom. You can attend from the comfort of your home whenever you can. Although I let my intuition guide me to decide the flow of meditation in any session - I will try to include as many rewarding morning practices in it as possible such as positive Affirmations, Gratitude, Dream manifestation Visualization etc. following the meditation itself.

I believe that daily meditation practice is an act of self love and it can solve most of life problems because it allows you to declutter your mind, so you can find peace and clarity navigating through all life challenges. I want to inspire everyone to start meditating daily. In order to bring the benefits of meditation to everyone regardless of their financial capacity, I am offering this morning meditation for FREE as my gift to the community. Donations are welcome but not mandatory.
