A fun-filled, One of a kind kids mindfulness and character building program to help kids with challenges of today.
In today's competitive and demanding age, kids are more stressed than ever. Add to that, the screen time (Video games, TV, phones and tablets) they are exposed to which increases their dependability on external factors to feel fulfilled and suppresses their true emotions. They are losing out on the aspect of pure "being", really exploring the world around with all senses, creating & nurturing deep, non-virtual connections with others, being comfortable in their own company, taking control of their own emotions and truly connecting with their inner selves .
Children's earliest thoughts and perceptions about life and world around them are those that will last throughout their life. It is therefore very crucial to introduce the concepts of mindfulness, self-love, kindness, empathy, confidence, resilience, community service etc. at an early age, so they are able to live their lives ahead as empowered beings who know not only to instantly access happiness within, but also to spread it into the world around them.
At Hamsa kids, our goal is to bring them back to just that.
At HAMSA KIDS, we strive to empower our kids with:
H = Happiness & Health
A = Abundance
M = Mindfulness
S = Service
A = Authenticity
Each session is creatively crafted with a unique theme such as Empathy, Anti-bullying, Kindness, Anger-management, Stress relief, Community Service, Self love etc. around which we introduce them with the age-appropriate tools such as
1. Mindfulness Exercises
2. Meditation & Calming techniques
3. Yoga
4. Games
5. Music
